Mr. You Tinghua is a Chinese lawyer at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP in China.
Biography: After working at a Chinese law firm from 2004, he received a master’s degree from Graduate School of Law and Policies, Osaka University in 2010, specializing in labor law. He worked as a Chinese law researcher at our firm for about three years and then worked as a legal officer at the China headquarters (in Shanghai) of a Japanese manufacturer. He now works at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP and provides a wide range of corporate legal services mainly to Japanese companies in China, including legal services concerning labor law, corporate law, and M&A.
