  • Foundations of legal liability relating to medical disputes/adverse events, responding to disputes and claims, medical accident investigate system, medical record entry, range of accountability, decision making of patient in the terminal phase/whose judgment is impaired, responding to order to preserve evidence/submit documents and disclosure of medical records, protection of personal information/duty of confidentiality/privacy rights, physical restraint and fall/tumble, documents attached to the medications, guideline, handling apologies in litigation, clinical ethics, medical advertising,responding to instructions to/audit of health care personnel/medical institutions, etc.
  • Serial Seminars for Medical Institutions “Essence of Law Useful for Clinical Site” – Legal Case Study – (consisting of 6 sessions mainly for managers of medical institutions, persons handling dispute issues and medical safety managers) at three venues (Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima) in 2017 and 2018.
  • Online Serial Seminars for Medical Institutions “Conference on Medical Troubles and Disputes” – Discussion between Clinician and Legal Counsel for Medical Institution – (consisting of 5 sessions mainly for managers of medical institutions, persons handling dispute issues and medical safety managers, plus 1 free initial session titled “Preventive Measures against Medical Troubles and Disputes Relating to COVID-19 Pandemic”) in 2021.
