  • Response to government investigations/examinations, etc. for international cartel (incl. foreign government investigations and private actions such as class action lawsuits and individual civil lawsuits)
  • Response to Antitrust / Competition Merger Regulations and Filings (incl. consultation before merger notification, response to examination, Gun-jumping, etc.)
