In order to promptly and adequately meet the legal needs of our clients, we have developed innovative office and working systems.

WORKING TEAM

Under our basic working system, each client's case is handled by a team of attorneys who work together in an effective and active manner. The team includes at least one partner attorney with appropriate expertise and/or experience in the legal area. A client's case is carefully examined and thoroughly discussed by the team. This working team approach enables our clients to contact attorneys at our office handling their case at any time. Our working team system also has the significant benefit of combining the expertise of a number of skilled attorneys, thereby focusing the accumulated knowledge and experience of the team's members on solving our client's problem.

INTENSIVE WORKING SYSTEM

For complicated or large-scale projects, our firm may form teams in which multiple attorneys intensively work on the same project. Each member of this larger team is selected to perform a specific role which utilizes his/her unique expertise. For urgent matters, such as attachments, injunctions, and due diligence activities in merger and acquisition projects and corporate restructuring, we regularly form intensive working teams so that the work can be completed efficiently within short time constraints. In suitable cases, an intensive working system enables us to provide cost-efficient and fast results for our clients. In addition, our attorneys at both the Osaka and Tokyo offices may work together on the same project, whenever necessary, to allow us to take more expeditious measures.

SYNERGISTIC EFFECT BETWEEN THE OSAKA AND TOKYO OFFICES

With its offices in Osaka and Tokyo, Midosuji Legal Profession Corporation provides its clients with more reliable and powerful support resulting from a synergy between the two offices. Our clients are now able to receive full service and support in both Osaka and Tokyo. Unified and flexible services for projects involving both cities are also available.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT, KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW-HOW SHARING, AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIZATION

Midosuji Legal Profession Corporation hires and trains personnel based on the idea that our human resources are the most important assets of our office. We strive to improve each of our personnel's abilities as a part of our commitment to continually improve the service we provide to our clients. Our attorneys are given opportunities to actively participate in various projects, where they learn and are trained by working with senior attorneys with proven expertise and experience.
All of our attorneys openly share their knowledge, know-how and information with each other through mutual collaboration on projects, studies, and by attending regularly scheduled in-house meetings. As legal professions, our attorneys are constantly working together to stay abreast of changes in the law, including statutory enactments, amendments, and new legal precedents. In response to the increasingly complex and specialized issues and problems facing society, each attorney at our firm seeks to develop new and specialized fields of expertise.

COOPERATION WITH PROFESSIONALS IN RELATED FIELDS

Midosuji Legal Profession Corporation has built close cooperative relationships with licensed tax practitioners, certified public accountants, judicial scriveners, land and house investigators, real estate appraisers, patent specialists and other professionals in various fields.
We often call upon the expertise of such professionals to provide the most time and cost efficient service to our clients. Our wide cooperative network also allows us to collect and quickly provide our clients with up-to-date information on a wide variety of legal, business, and tax-related matters.

PARALEGALS AND CLERICAL STAFF

Midosuji Legal Profession Corporation employs paralegals and other clerical staff members with strong legal knowledge and experience. Our staff contributes to our team atmosphere and assists our attorneys in various areas such as investigation, and information processing. In addition, our staff members regularly participate in education and training programs to improve their legal knowledge and increase their effectiveness.
